Minimum SPM, Diploma in healthcare will be advantange 

Preferably one year working experience in a clinical field

Good oral communication and writing skills

Good interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and in a team

To provide excellent customer service at reception counter at Radiology Department

To perform clerical and office administrative duties 

Ensure high efficiency and productivity at reception counter and all stations to promote smooth workflow in the department.

Organize appointments for all radiology procedures, registration and accurate patient charges to ensure operational efficiency.

Attend to enquiries via telephone or in person to provide accurate and useful information in order to support customers’ needs.

Support radiographers, nurses and medical transcriptionist in office and administrative duties\

To make sure and check patients’ ID, cds, films and result report are correct before dispatching to patient.

Ensure effective communication to patient.

Ensure compliance to set departmental & hospital standard.

Ensure department’s image is uphold by maintaining a tidy, clean, safe and clutter free working area.
