Analyze research findings and contribute to strategic decision-making

Stay updated on industry news, trends and competitive activities

Participate and assist in hospital familiarity tours for agents and visitors 

Engage with hospital staff and stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges 

Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of BDCC campaigns across various channels, including digital, print and events 

Work closely with the BDCC team to develop creative campaign concepts and messaging 

Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation 

Support in managing social media platforms, including content creation, analytics, scheduling and community engagement 

Assist in developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement 

Assist in updating website, content, including new packages and consultant profiles

Work closely with the web development team to ensure website functionality and user experience optimization
