Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, needs assessment, presentation, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a sales pipeline effectively.

Willingness to travel within the Shah Alam and surrounding areas for client meetings and site visits.

Familiarity with design principles and trends in kitchen and wardrobe customization is a plus.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

A Diploma qualification is required, and 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base for kitchen and wardrobe solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs for customized home furnishings.

Present and demonstrate product knowledge effectively to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Bestmas Kitchen System's offerings.

Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure client satisfaction with customized kitchen and wardrobe solutions from initial consultation to final installation.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and proactive outreach, to continuously grow the sales pipeline.
