Strong troubleshooting and problem-solcing skills
Responsible and disciplined attitude
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to optimize work processes, improce efficiency, minimize vehicle downtime
Ensure smooth daily operations
Able to work independently and under pressure
Positive attitude and willingess to learn
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle disgnostics and troubleshooting
Excecute repair and maintenance work professionally
Oversee routine servicing and workshop activities
Supervise daily workshop operations
Resolve dificult mechanical and technicial issues
Testing, calibrating, and inspecting vehicle systems
Ensure quality workmanship before vehicle handover
Follow company SOP and safety procedures
