We are partnering with an award-winning Singapore law firm to recruit General Law Associates and Senior Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for employment lawyers who want strong exposure to complex advisory and contentious work, clear career progression, and hands-on mentorship within a respected practice.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:

• Managing complex disputes, claims, and contentious matters from inception through to resolution.
• Advising clients on legal rights, liabilities, and strategic options across various areas of law.
• Drafting and reviewing high-quality pleadings, affidavits, legal submissions, and opinions.
• Representing clients in the State Courts and High Court, as well as in mediations and negotiations.
• Providing strategic advice on risk management, pre-litigation strategies, and settlement options.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence to support robust case theories and commercial transactions.

Who You Are

• Hold a recognised Law degree and are admitted to practise in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a reputable Singapore litigation or general disputes practice.
• Solid experience in handling contentious work, advisory matters, or a blend of both.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Clear, confident communicator with meticulous attention to detail and a "courtroom-ready" mindset.
• Commercially minded and able to deliver practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
• Comfortable managing multiple matters and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to high standards of client service and professional excellence.
