Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field

  • Min. 1-2 years working experience in a relevant field, preferably Admin. Assistant or similar support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Good attention to detail when handling data and records

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to travel outstations and work overtime (OT) when required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily business operations

  • Manage and organize documents, reports and company records

  • Maintain proper filing systems for company records

  • Monitor beauty products and treatment stock levels

  • Audit stock in and stock out for products and supplies at centre/CRM System

  • Arrange and coordinate maintenance for clinic/salon facilities

  • Schedule regular servicing and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities

  • Monitor, maintain and arrange servicing of beauty machines and treatment equipment

  • Maintain and track warranty records for beauty equipment and machines

  • Update management on maintenance status and costs

  • Verify and check invoices received from suppliers for accuracy (price, quantity and details)

  • Record and organise invoices properly for documentation and payment processing

  • Maintain proper filing of invoices for audit and record purposes
