Requirements
1. Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Responsible for market research, customer development, and demand analysis for forklift products within the designated region; expanding new customer base and maintaining existing customer relationships.
2. Channel Construction and Management: Establish and maintain a network of distributors and agents within the region; optimize channel structure and improve channel efficiency.
3. Opportunity Discovery and Communication: Identify potential business opportunities within the region and promptly and accurately communicate market information and customer needs to the product manager and regional manager.
4. Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborate with the product manager to provide sales support, coordinate technical and after-sales resources to resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Marketing Activity Planning and Execution: Plan and execute creative marketing activities based on the characteristics of the regional market to enhance brand influence.
6. After-Sales Issue Coordination: Work closely with the service manager to quickly respond to customer after-sales requests, coordinate internal resources to close the problem loop, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Compliance Management and Risk Control: Comply with the laws and regulations of the target country to ensure the compliance of sales activities and control trade risks.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Effectively present and demonstrate product features and benefits, articulating the value proposition to potential customers.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maximizing revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to foster loyalty.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
