• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Internship experience in accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices and payments.

• Verify invoices against supporting documents.

• Maintain supplier records and payment schedules.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare customer invoices.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.

• Update customer account records.

General Accounting

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and filing systems.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare journal entries and accounting schedules.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Support preparation of management reports.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure accounting documents are properly maintained.

• Assist with audit and tax-related documentation.

• Support SST and statutory submissions.

• Liaise with internal departments on accounting matters.
