Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Familiar with accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is an advantage

  • Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables is a plus)

  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)

  • Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in AR, AP, and General Ledger (GL) functions

  • Support month-end closing and preparation of basic reports

  • Handle invoicing, collections, and supplier payments

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations

  • Assist in monitoring cash flow and petty cash

  • Support audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance

  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

  • Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc finance tasks
