Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and Malaysian labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • To assist with monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments as well as compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other employment-related regulations.

  • To provide support for employment visa and work permit processing including application, renewal, cancellation, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts, HR policies, leave records, onboarding documents, and other personnel files.

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities, such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, documentation preparation, and employee transitions.

  • Provide HR and administrative support by preparing reports and correspondence, managing office supplies, renewing business licenses, maintaining filing systems, and supporting departmental operations as required.
