Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HR best practices and Malaysian labor laws is a plus.
Responsibilities
To assist with monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments as well as compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other employment-related regulations.
To provide support for employment visa and work permit processing including application, renewal, cancellation, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts, HR policies, leave records, onboarding documents, and other personnel files.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities, such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, documentation preparation, and employee transitions.
Provide HR and administrative support by preparing reports and correspondence, managing office supplies, renewing business licenses, maintaining filing systems, and supporting departmental operations as required.
