Proven experience in Logistics Coordination, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes, and tracking inventory levels.

Strong understanding of Operations Management principles, with the ability to oversee daily operational activities, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.

Experience in Procurement, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Ability to manage and analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to support business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, enabling seamless communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall service delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, production) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers) to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.

Manage procurement activities for logistics-related services and materials, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies within the logistics and operations functions.

Utilize logistics coordination software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory levels, and generate reports.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes through innovation and the adoption of best practices in the logistics industry.
