Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Required skills: communication, marketing, and sales

  • Basic skills in video and poster editing

  • Creative thinking in content creation

  • Ability to influence customers and drive sales

  • Proficient in using computers

  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Close sales and upsell products

  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, both online and offline

  • Assist customers in choosing products that suit their needs

  • Achieve assigned sales targets
