Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant to join our Online Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end fulfilment process — ensuring online customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, securely, and on time. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, well-organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Picking & Packing

• Locate and collect items from warehouse shelves based on order forms or scanners.
• Pack items securely in appropriate boxes/packaging to avoid damage in transit.
• Include invoices, promotional materials, or freebies in customer orders as required.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect items for damage, defects, or expiration dates before packing.
• Double-check order accuracy (correct item, quantity, and variant).

3. Labeling & Shipping

• Print and affix shipping labels and invoices correctly.
• Sort and stage completed orders in the designated shipping area for courier pick-up.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely handover and resolve delivery issues when needed.

4. Inventory & Stock Handling

• Update inventory levels using scanners/warehouse system in real-time.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low/fast-moving items.

5. Order Fulfilment & Support

• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within SLA (same day/next day as required).
• Assist in preparing for peak campaign periods (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Support cross-functional coordination with E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Marketing teams during campaigns.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

• Adhere to warehouse safety procedures and proper handling of products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times.
• Ensure packing stations are stocked with sufficient materials (cartons, tapes, bubble wrap, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome (training will be provided).
• Previous experience in warehouse/packing/e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
• Physically fit, able to handle lifting and standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Work quickly to meet cut-off times and shipping deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (for order status updates, printing labels, etc.) preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Monday to Sunday with 2 rotated off days per week, and open to extended hours or public holidays during peak campaign periods (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, festive seasons).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
