Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced conveyancing lawyer to join our firm. The candidate should be able to handle sub-sale transactions, refinancing and bank loans including SME/Corporate loans, tenancy agreement and developer's project.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 to 3 years experience in conveyancing and banking work is preferred but not a pre-condition. Freshly qualified lawyers who are interested in conveyancing are encouraged to apply. Applicant should be able to work independently, must have good command in English and drafting skill, good interpersonal skill and a good team player.
