Minimum SPM qualification or above.

Prior experience in administration, clerical, or accounting-related roles will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.

Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices (INV), and related documents.

Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of records.

Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting documentation.

Manage emails, phone calls, and general customer inquiries.

Follow up on customer payments and supplier-related documentation.

Provide administrative support to other departments when required.

Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
