Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior sales representative role, preferably within the manufacturing or medical supplies industry.

Demonstrated success in client acquisition, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective CRM practices.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse clientele.

Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong understanding of product knowledge related to first aid supplies and medical equipment.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to overall sales strategies.

Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.

Familiarity with the Malaysian market and business landscape is a significant advantage.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-driven sales targets and expand our customer base within the medical supplies sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client acquisition, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.

Conduct in-depth product knowledge sessions and compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our first aid and medical supplies.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and profitability goals.

Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales forecasts for effective pipeline management.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our product offerings.
