Experience in Takaful, insurance, or sales is an advantage
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Willing to learn and attend training provided by the company
Responsibilities
Educating clients on Shariah-compliant risk-sharing (Tabarru’).
Assessing client needs and financial goals.
Recommending suitable Takaful products.
Disclosing all terms, fees, and exclusions clearly.
Assisting with the accurate completion of proposal forms.
Ensuring full disclosure of material facts (health/lifestyle).
