• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years in Human Resources
• Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Employee Engagement
• Proven track record in planning employee engagement activities and corporate events
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Management & Learning Development

• Support the design and implementation of talent management and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programs aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

2) Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Drive initiatives to enhance the onboarding process and improve new hire integration.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Support employee lifecycle programs that strengthen engagement and retention.

3) Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate company events, including annual dinners, town halls, festive celebrations, and team-building activities.
• Support employer branding efforts to strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

4) Internal Communications

• Manage and coordinate internal communication initiatives to ensure effective information sharing across the organization.
• Prepare employee announcements, engagement materials, and internal communication content.
• Facilitate communication between departments to support alignment and collaboration.

5) HR Projects & Administration

• Participate in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and project coordination as required.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices.
