JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle interview and employee recruitment processes
• Manage employee welfare and benefits at project sites
• Manage employee payroll processing
• Assist in the implementation of staff training and development programs
• Manage employee documentation and administrative forms
• Assist in employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Possess own transportation (vehicle)
