Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Admin or related field
Basic knowledge in accounting and administration
Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Experience in accounting software is an advantage (AutoCount)
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
Good communication and teamwork
Able to handle filing and documentation properly
Good attendance and punctuality
Can work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
Handle daily admin and basic accounting tasks
Prepare payment voucher and filing documents
Key in data and update records
Assist in accounts payable & receivable
Prepare simple reports when required
Handle phone calls, email and office documentation
Support office daily operations
