Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Diploma holders with strong leasing experience may be considered.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Leasing Manager in leasing / property / retail management.
Experience in mall or commercial property leasing is preferred.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge in tenancy agreements and property management basics.
Valid driving license (often required for site visits).

Responsibilities
Leasing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy, and rental income.
Able to plan and utilize all available space in our Mall to increase revenues.
Drive leasing activities, identify business opportunities, and secure quality tenants which may attract more customers to the business and in line with management direction.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of leasing plans.
Lease Negotiation & Documentation
Oversee day-to-day communication with tenants on leasing matters.
Manage renewals of tenancy and review of agreement T&C, relocations, and tenancy coordination to ensure tenant retention.
Tenant Relationship Management
Negotiate and finalize lease terms to create value for the company.
Ensure accurate documentation, contract management, and SOP compliance.
Tenant Coordination & Fit-Out Support
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and manage key accounts.
Resolve tenant issues, handle escalations, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration
Monitor leasing performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, leasing reports, and management updates for decision making.
