Job Description

Responsibilities

Human Resource (HR) Duties

  • Handle recruitment process including posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll preparation.
  • Support disciplinary matters and HR administrative tasks when required.

Admin Duties

  • Handle general administrative work and office documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks.

Accounts Duties

  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing and basic bookkeeping.
  • Liaise with external accountant when necessary.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
