Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our invoicing and daily operations.

This is a junior role suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and grow. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of documents
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping
  • Support coordination between office and warehouse teams
  • Follow up on missing information or documents
  • Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, etc.)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in admin or invoicing is an added advantage
