Latihan Industri Internship For Quantity Survey Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,000 in See Boon Yong Construction (M) Sdn Bhd Kepong - Maukerja

Currently pursuing a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Able to read construction drawings and perform basic quantity measurement.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Familiar with AutoCAD for reading drawings (added advantage).

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.

Willing to attend site visits when required.

Internship duration: 4–6 months.

Assist in quantity take-off and measurement works.

Support cost estimation and budget preparation.

Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Help prepare progress claims and Variation Orders (VO).

Assist in monitoring project costs and progress.

Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.

Assist in preparing final accounts and payment records.

Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Attend meetings and site visits when required.

Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
