Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Pembekal Mewah Enterprise Sabah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
• Monitor project costs and ensure they are within budget.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in construction or property development projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction costing and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
