• Understands social media & ad creatives (Facebook / TikTok / IG/ XHS)
• Knows what makes people stop scrolling & click
• Can think in terms of conversion, not just aesthetics

Performance Creative Design (Core)

• Create advertising visuals for:Ads conversion (Facebook / TikTok / IG /XHS)Cover photos & platform graphicsE-commerce creatives

E-commerce Conversion Design

• Produce high-converting product images
• Apply strong conceptual & marketing thinking in visuals
• Optimize creatives based on campaign goals

Trend & Market Adaptation

• Create content aligned with current market trends
• Adjust creative direction based on performance & changes

Junior Level Expectation

• Suggest creative directions & improvements
• Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign results
• Understand what works and scale it

Requirements

• Able to communicate in ------------Chinese------------ & English (Mandarin is a MUST)
