Hi Eggxcite Cafe are looking for new team member for our kitchen,
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with cafe recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food wastage.
- Follow the cafe's menu specifications to consistently produce high-quality dishes.
- Coordinate with the head chef or executive chef to update and modify the menu as needed.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant space.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling procedures.
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, including executive chef, head chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor and control the quality of dishes at every stage of preparation.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in food quality promptly.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to understand customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Occasionally interact with customers to address special requests or gather feedback.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in the menu, kitchen procedures, or daily operations.
