  • Meticulous and detailed in documenting business requirements as workflows

Tanggungjawab

  • Operational and administrative support across various processes, including handling customer applications, document verification, and system processing in line with service level agreements.

  • Coordinating deliveries, managing records and reports, performing reconciliation, monitoring emails, and supporting issue escalation.

  • Ensuring accuracy in data processing, maintain proper documentation and stock control, and supports ongoing operations improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries, ensure smooth workflow, and contribute to efficient service delivery, while undertaking any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
