Job Description

Requirements

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Mandarin, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Computer literate with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and office supplies.

  • Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email.

  • Maintain and update member databases and records.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute association events (meetings, seminars, sports competitions, etc.).
