Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Prior exposure to the IT, telecommunications, data centre, or technology infrastructure sector will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
Source and purchase products and services from local and overseas suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve cost savings and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities through market research and networking activities.
Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues when required.
Verify supplier invoices and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and source suitable products and solutions.
Support quotation, tender, and project activities by providing cost-effective sourcing options.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
