Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management or a similar role

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking, to meet customer demand and minimize loss.

Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
