• 0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates and career-switchers both welcome.

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. ACCA or MIA pathway in progress is a strong signal.

• Genuine curiosity and self-directed learning. This matters more than prior experience.

• A nose for when something is wrong: the instinct to double-check a number before it goes out. We can teach the mechanics. We cannot teach you to care whether it is right.

• Clear written communication: able to explain something in 2 to 3 sentences.

• Comfortable with digital tools and open to learning new systems. No need to be an expert, just someone who does not shy away from technology.

• Honest about what you do not know. KL-based or willing to relocate.

The finance industry is changing fast. We are not hiring you to key in journals and tick reconciliations all day. We are hiring you for the part of finance that has always mattered most: the judgment. Can you look at a set of numbers and tell whether something is off? Can you spot the entry that does not make sense? Can you tell a business owner what their numbers actually mean? That is the skill we train. It is also the skill that makes you senior in 3 years instead of 7.

First 3 months (training-intensive):

• Review and verify outputs: reconciliations, variance analysis, and anomaly flags. Catch what gets missed before it reaches a client.

• Build data-integrity discipline: understand how a wrong category upstream breaks an entire report, and ensure numbers are right before they are fast.

• Read a set of financials and write a management pointer: what matters, what to flag, what to ignore.

• Learn our tools and workflows (Xero and the platforms we use) as your primary toolkit. Run the processes and own the output.

Months 3 to 12:

• Own the review-and-judgment layer on 2 to 3 clients: take prepared close work, verify it, and turn it into a report a founder will actually read.

• Run your first independent month-end review under QC.

• Reach full junior delivery role by month 12, with a path to mid-level by 18 to 24 months.
