Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a veterinary clinic, medical center, or hospitality setting.

Experience handling front-desk operations is highly advantageous.

Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor toward pet owners.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Comfortable learning and operating veterinary clinic management software, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office.

A genuine love for animals, a proactive mindset, and the resilience to handle emotional or stressful situations calmly.

Knowledge of animal care and veterinary procedures is an advantage

Oversee daily operations of the veterinary clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage and lead the clinic staff, including veterinarians, vet assistants and receptionists.

Create and manage monthly work schedules for veterinary nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal daily coverage.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Manage inventory, ordering supplies and medications, and maintaining stock levels.

Handle client relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.

Ensure compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations and standards.

Ensure excellent customer service including managing appointments, follow up calls and building good relationship with the regular customers.
