Job Title: 360° Recruitment Consultant (Malaysia Market) - Remote
Location: 100% Work from Home (Malaysia)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Friday; Weekend off.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and successful placements. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and have experience handling end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidate Requirements-
•Malaysian Nationals only.
• Min. 2–5 years of experience in 360° recruitment within any recruitment domain.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Any educational qualification/degree is acceptable.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities-
1. Manage the complete 360° recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their hiring needs. 3. Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
4. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
5. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
6. Present qualified candidates to clients and provide detailed candidate profiles.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
8. Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and closing processes.
9. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
10. Track recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and client updates through ATS and internal systems.
11. Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets, placement goals, and business development objectives. 12. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within the Malaysian recruitment market.
