Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician with 1-2 years in the HVAC field.

Proficiency in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems, including VRV systems.

Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) principles and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Skilled in using hand and power tools common to the HVAC trade.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective client and team interaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment.

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split units, central air systems, and VRV systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems, identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective repair solutions.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning equipment, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting electrical connections.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts and installation requirements.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices, maintaining a safe work environment.

Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests promptly, providing timely and efficient solutions to minimize downtime for clients.

Document all service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and recommendations for future maintenance, in a clear and concise manner.

Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available for use.

Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members, providing updates on work progress and explaining technical issues in an understandable way.
