To record and manage GPs / Insurance referral and revenue for Ipoh Specialist Hospital.

To conduct monthly sales visits to existing and new GPs / Insurance.

To identify new GPs in targeted area.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services to GPs.

To increase the number of GPs/Insurance in GPs/Insurance database.

Serve as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and insights.

To collaborate and engage with GPs/Insurance through programs and events that can be mutually beneficial. 

To perform administrative work as required.

To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons;

Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced.

To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulation 1994. 

Ensure the policies on patient ‘s and family’s rights are always addressed. 

Ensure compliance to patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008).

Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001:2008 and Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, when these programs are implemented. 

To ensure that professional sales & marketing practices are always carried out. The above should apply to all categories of staff working within the PR & Marketing services.

All other assignment as instructed by the Management.
