  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, customer service or a related field

Tanggungjawab

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Gather information about software and subscription entitlement usage by reaching out to customers.

  • Obtain feedback on Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).

  • Track renewal status and encourage customer renewal.

  • Respond and escalate customer inquiries and concerns to superior and ensure all inquiries are attended to.

  • Manage CRM asset information to be up to date.

  • Prepare and provide regular reports to respective teams (internal customers).
