Requirements
Basic knowledge of automotive service and vehicle maintenance.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and service technicians.
Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is an advantage.
Able to prepare service estimates, job orders, and maintain service records accurately.
Basic computer skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Professional attitude with good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Responsibilities
Report To : Service Advisor
Attend to customers/drivers' vehicles.
Services & repairs in the workshop.
Completion of job orders after vehicle services & repairs.
Arrange for mechanics to handle repair works.
Submission of daily reports to the supervisor.
Jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.
