Full Time Social Media Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Alpha Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or related field.

Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related marketing roles.

Experience in real estate, property development, or developer industry will be an added advantage.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to support content creation and communication with different target audiences.

Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, online content, and audience engagement.

Skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), photography, videography, video editing, or short-form content production will be an advantage.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Good copywriting, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for events, site visits, property launches, roadshows, or marketing activities when required.

Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, and other digital channels.

Prepare engaging captions, copywriting, posters, graphics, short videos, reels, and promotional materials.

Support basic photography, videography, video editing, and short-form content production for marketing activities. Assist in planning social media content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign updates.

Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and project visibility.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, audience engagement, and campaign performance.

Assist with website updates, SEO-related content, digital advertisements, and other online marketing initiatives when required.

Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, agencies, media partners, and event organisers for marketing and campaign execution.

Support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, sales events, content shooting, and branding activities.

Ensure all marketing content and materials are aligned with the Company’s brand image and target audience.

Perform other marketing, branding, digital media, or business development support duties as assigned.
