Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Able to multitask and work independently.

  • Experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Johor and Penang post available

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Maintain and organize company documents and records.

  • Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence.

  • Manage office supplies and support office operations.

  • Assist with data entry and filing.
