Sepenuh Masa Junior Accountant Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in ES Innovation Lab Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet business will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Familiar with SST and Malaysian statutory requirements.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Handle full set or partial accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow, customer collections, and supplier payments.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.

Prepare management reports, financial reports, and schedules on a timely basis.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all supporting documents are accurately filed.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and government authorities.

Assist in SST submission, payroll-related accounting entries, and statutory compliance matters.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Support outlet operations on finance and accounting-related matters.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
