Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder / SPM, with experience
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
Preferable who experience with SAP system
Good communication skill
Able to drive and travel
Able to read and write in English, Malay

Responsibilities
Assist in Identify potential growth areas, develop, conceptualize, and implement strategies to generate new business with both new and existing customers.
Supervise daily support of Sales Department operation issues and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Monitor and ensure all sales admin reports are submitted on time.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Act as a communicator across departments on customer’s order arrangement.
Constantly review and check Job Sheet details accurately and in a timely manner and serve as a backup for Job Sheet issuance.
Verify quotations and sales confirmations to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Supervising on staff attending to sales general enquiries, quotation proposals, and customer service needs via phone, mail, and email correspondences.
Maintain constant contact with existing and potential customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Follow up the artwork development and prepare cylinder sales confirmation to customer accurately and serve as a communicator between customer and cylinder maker.
Review and check the amendments to the Job Sheet and sales confirmation order when requested by customers and inform the production department before mass production.
Prepare the details regarding new job development from customers accordingly and pass down the message to the team accurately.
Constantly review material forecast process and planning according to customer needs.
Supervise the sales, marketing, and customer care functions run effectively and efficiently- processing of orders, bills, coordination of logistics function, maintenance of proper records, database maintenance, general filing, etc.
Manage and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, Occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulator requirements.
Undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
