Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder / SPM, with experience

  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office

  • Preferable who experience with SAP system

  • Good communication skill

  • Able to drive and travel

  • Able to read and write in English, Malay

  • Mandarin Speakers has an advanced advantages

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Identify potential growth areas, develop, conceptualize, and implement strategies to generate new business with both new and existing customers.

  • Supervise daily support of Sales Department operation issues and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

  • Monitor and ensure all sales admin reports are submitted on time.

  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Act as a communicator across departments on customer’s order arrangement.

  • Constantly review and check Job Sheet details accurately and in a timely manner and serve as a backup for Job Sheet issuance.

  • Verify quotations and sales confirmations to customers accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Supervising on staff attending to sales general enquiries, quotation proposals, and customer service needs via phone, mail, and email correspondences.

  • Maintain constant contact with existing and potential customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up the artwork development and prepare cylinder sales confirmation to customer accurately and serve as a communicator between customer and cylinder maker.

  • Review and check the amendments to the Job Sheet and sales confirmation order when requested by customers and inform the production department before mass production.

  • Prepare the details regarding new job development from customers accordingly and pass down the message to the team accurately.

  • Constantly review material forecast process and planning according to customer needs.

  • Supervise the sales, marketing, and customer care functions run effectively and efficiently- processing of orders, bills, coordination of logistics function, maintenance of proper records, database maintenance, general filing, etc.

  • Manage and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, Occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulator requirements.

  • Undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
