Diploma/Degree in any field

Previous work experience in customer service or administration
Have experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
Able to multitask

Responsibilities
Handle daily orders through our e-commerce platform
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Handle customer enquiries, emails and resolve problems.
To attend on any urgent request from customer and corporate customer
Coordinating workflow and ensuring all customer support functions are completed within the service turnaround time.
Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
