Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, account servicing, marketing, or administrative support roles.

Good communication and coordination skills with a willingness to learn.

Proficient in Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or merchant platforms is an advantage.

Exposure to digital sales, account servicing, or client coordination is a plus.

Knowledge of POI (Points of Interest)-based merchant marketing platforms such as AMap, Meituan, 小紅書 or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Exposure or connections in digital advertising or merchant industries is a plus.

Support merchant onboarding and account coordination for digital marketplace platforms.

Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign materials.

Coordinate and manage merchant advertising accounts and campaign updates.

Support merchants with platform operations and marketing-related enquiries.

Prepare sales lead and campaign performance reports.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Provide administrative and operational support for business development activities.
