Secondary school qualification or equivalent.

Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.

Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.

Educate customers about our tea offerings and make recommendations.

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
