Full Time Performance Marketing Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Enzee Integrated Selangor - Maukerja

● 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social and digital ad channels, with real exposure to at least one of the following: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads (Search, YouTube, or Display Network).
● Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal.
● Comfortable working with data; able to read campaign metrics and explain what they mean in plain language.
● Some familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable finding your way around a dashboard.
● Experience with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting and Google Slides or Canva for presentations.
● Basic familiarity with AI tools and actively curious about how they can be applied in marketing work. You don't need to be advanced, but you should have used them at least enough to know what they can do.
● Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
● Genuinely curious about how marketing and technology work together and eager to grow beyond your current skill set.

● Exposure to any additional ad platforms beyond your primary experience, whether Meta, TikTok, or Google.
● Basic hands-on experience with WordPress or any page builder like Elementor. Personal projects or freelance work counts.
● Basic copywriting experience for ads or landing pages.
● Awareness of UI/UX principles as they apply to campaign pages and conversion.
● Any platform certification such as Meta Blueprint, Google Certification, Udemy, HubSpot, etc.
● Familiarity with Google Tag Manager at a basic level.

As a performance marketing associate, your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid social and search channels. Over time, you will also get hands-on exposure to landing page work, including copywriting, basic UI/UX, and WordPress, as part of building a well-rounded digital marketing skill set.
