Full Time Skincare Product Developer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Riway (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

We are a Singapore-based international wellness company with a premium skincare portfolio distributed across multiple markets in Asia-Pacific and Europe. We are looking for a technically grounded executive to join our product development team, focused on skincare formulation, ingredient research and product lifecycle management.

This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving team where your technical input directly shapes product decisions.

• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Formulation Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related field

• 2–3 years experience in skincare or cosmetic product development

• Working knowledge of formulation principles — emulsions, actives, preservation, pH management

• Familiarity with ASEAN, EU or international cosmetic regulatory requirements is an advantage

• Experience sourcing cosmetic ingredients and raw materials

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin — written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Willing to travel frequently — domestically and internationally

• Detail-oriented with genuine passion for skincare science and innovation

• Support end-to-end skincare product development from concept through formulation, stability testing, packaging and launch

• Liaise with OEM manufacturers and formulation laboratories on specifications and sample evaluation

• Evaluate and source active ingredients, botanical extracts and raw materials

• Review formulation documentation including safety assessments and stability reports

• Support cosmetic regulatory submissions across multiple markets

• Monitor industry trends and emerging ingredients

• Coordinate with marketing, operations and regulatory teams for on-time launches

• Travel as required for supplier and manufacturer visits
