Fluent in Mandarin & English (Written & Spoken)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online shopping platforms
Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment
Fast learner with a willingness to take feedback and improve
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Previous customer service, sales, or ecommerce experience is a bonus but not required
Responsibilities
Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and other channels
Help customers choose the right sleep products based on their needs
Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the purchasing journey
Handle order-related inquiries, delivery updates, and after-sales support
Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience
Support social media engagement by replying to comments and messages
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and content-related tasks
Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
