Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical field, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a sales or technical support role.

Strong understanding of technical products and solutions relevant to the company's offerings.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions and product recommendations.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales technical assistance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments.

Prepare technical proposals and quotations.
