Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
1–2 years working experience in administrative or HR support roles preferred.
Fresh graduates may also apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin is a MUST
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence when required.
Handle office supplies and inventory records.
Coordinate internal communication and documentation.
Assist management in daily operational tasks.
Human Resources Support
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and preparing documents.
Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Support HR in staff welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
Other Duties
Provide general support to different departments when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
